Artwork back story:This Steller's Jay is part of a series in which I'm painting the official birds of Canada. Each province and territory is represented by an official bird, and the Steller's Jay is the official bird of British Columbia.
Original artwork: Acrylic paint on paper. I completed this one in Irish Vale on Cape Breton Island. We named her Sicamous.
Materials: 50% cotton, 50% polyester, combining softness and lasting durability. (Note: dark heather and sport grey are 40% cotton, 60% polyester)
Care Instructions: Machine wash in cold water (max 30°C or 90°F). Tumble dry on low to medium heat. Do not dry-clean.
