RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30 calendar day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after your item ships from OBM or its affiliates and/or partners to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. That said, we want to be as helpful, reasonable, and easy-going as we possibly can; so, please feel free to reach out to us through the contact information provided here to let us know what is going on, and we will do our best to make things right.

To start a return, send a message through the contact information provided here. In this message, provide your order number, date of purchase if you have it, and what you want to happen regarding your order. Please note that returns can only be sent to the mailing address OBM provides to you through our direct correspondence regarding this particular order/return. 

Note: If OBM items are mailed to any other mailing address, OBM will not be able to further assist you with your Return and/or Refund.

If your return is accepted by OBM through our direct correspondence regarding this particular order/return, we will send you instructions on how and where to mail your return item. Return items mailed to us without first requesting a return through the contact information provided here will not be accepted .

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. But, again, reach out to us through the contact information provided here, and we will see if there is anything we can do regarding your order/situation.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us through the contact information provided here regarding the item you ordered, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and personally inspected your returned item. In this notification, if possible, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not (or we may have questions for you regarding your returned item). 

If your return is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method in the manner and timeframe we discuss in our correspondence regarding your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received any signals from your bank or credit card company that a full or partial refund has been received or is processing, please contact us through the contact information provided here and explain the situation. 

Please know that we want to be as reasonable and fair and easy-going as we possibly can be given our realities. We ask that you do the same with us.
